It's super intuitive! The dashboard is so easy to navigate that it allows me (a non-expert)to get up & running in under 10 minutes without reading anything at all about how they do things. The platform offers a lot of flexibility so that I am able to customize my workflow as needed by each client. It is easy enought for me to use if you have no experience but it also has lots of features which allows us to streamline our process without having an expert in-house.
