Never worked in the specified 4K resolution with three different monitors and new Samsung 4k TVs. Roku works great in 4K on the same monitors. This Android device is unstable garbage. Program launchers and settings panels are absent compared to the most basic phones running Android 9. Many apps don't work due to the poor implementation of Android navigation elements. Many other apps are broken because too many functions are not available. It was a considerable effort to download the security app first and then find non-standard anomalous navigation methods to access some features but not all features of the app. Power this Android TV box with a USB monitor cable like Revain Firestick 4k and Roku 4k sticks. It would be great to see a product in this category finally work as advertised with a solid hardware package.
