Update: I have contacted the seller (USTHAIRSON) about the problem. They responded quickly and provided a replacement wiper. It's great that the seller supported the product and replaced it fairly quickly. Original Review: I loved the mop until after two months of accidental use the bottle's anti-spill system failed. We found the mop wet in the closet where we keep it. Upon further investigation, we found two rubber seals that had come loose from the bottle cap. This allowed any water in the bottle to flow freely through the mop head onto the floor. If the company would like to explain why it failed and offer a solution, I'll be happy to update this review. (I tried to contact the company but couldn't find any contact information.)
