Review on SUPCASE Full-Body Rugged Holster Case for Google Pixel 3 XL 2018 Release, with Built-in Screen Protector - Unicorn Beetle Pro Series (Black) by Mark Hicks

I ordered both Otterbox and SUPCASE to compare and thought SUPCASE was the custodian and Otterbox would be returned. This year, Otterbox cases didn't include a screen protector to "complement the curved screen." This seems like a huge oversight in my opinion since 1. the usable part of the screen isn't curved and 2. SUPCASE sorted it out so why not Otterbox? This is why SUPCASE wins in protecting such an expensive phone. The case itself is made from a toughened plastic outer shell, and the screen protector is integrated into the front of the case (no need to waste time applying a screen protector directly to the screen and worrying about bubbles), didn't compromise touch sensitivity the screen. There can be a slight rainbow effect when the screen is off and you're looking at the right angle, but in my experience it's not obvious when the screen is in use. The screen protector cutouts for sensors, dual cameras and stereo speakers are precisely cut and fit perfectly. The case works with the new Pixel wireless charging stand, although it takes two rounds to charge the phone. Pixel Stand is flashing orange (according to the Google support page, this means the Pixel Stand is having trouble charging your phone). Once this is done, the phone will indicate that it is fast charging and charging fully. I should point out that Otterbox has done the same. Interestingly, the belt clip says "For Google Pixel XL 2", but since the dimensions of the Pixel XL 3 and Pixel XL 2 are so similar, that's not the case. No wonder it works without problems. In general the case feels very good in the hands, much "tougher" than the phone itself. I have had several other cases from SUPCASE and they have fully protected 2 other phones I have had in the past and I think this one will be no exception.
