As others have mentioned, this will not work if you have a case on your phone. I bought an extender and it wouldn't read the strip. I tried two different strips then took my case off and plugged it in directly and that one worked.Also, as others mentioned, read the fine print on what this will work with. I tried with my tablet to avoid the case issue but of course they aren't compatible (lenovo tablet that is an andriod), I couldn't even download the app on my tablet.As far as accuracy, I cant confirm. Previous blood work within the last 6 months read 87 and 91. Dario told me today I was 71. I have been working on my diet so maybe it truly is lower at this point but I don't have anything to compare it to and cannot confirm thst is truly where I was at.Overall it is easy to use as far as plugging it in and adding a drop of blood. It's unfortunate it's so picky on the device as also unfortunate it's so big so close to the phone if they made the boxy part come out a bit further back, it would work perfectly with a case on the phone.
