Review on ⏰ Efficient Timing with Taylor Precision Products Mechanical Long Ring Timer by Jenny Howard

Bought for a friend who is hard of hearing and can't hear her stove timer. I set it to 5 minutes and we heard a little "ringing". God, I thought, but she wisely sat down and read the instructions. It seems you need to rotate it, then rotate it counterclockwise and you will get a big ringtone. Not like the old big metalheads that we humans of a certain age remember, but enough for her to hear when they're around. Sits well without bothering to stay upright like some of the thinner ones, but it's plastic (that's not all ;-( and I think it has a lot to do with the ringer being loud, but not loud enough to wake you up neighbors like the old ones just what she needs she can start eating then take it to her chair and set the timer knowing she won't burn her dinner the best timer I've ever seen, so I recommend this one if you can't talk your grandma out of it.
