Poor Online Customer Service at the Fathead Store, a Review
As a sports fan, I couldn't wait to peruse Fathead's web selection. Although they have a wide variety of products, my shopping experience there was less than satisfying. The website is disorganized and frustrating to use, and the payment procedure was tedious. My order came incomplete and shipping took longer than expected. While Fathead has great goods, I do wish they would do more to enhance the customer experience.
