My wife who loves (real) candles was asking for a antique lantern to be used with real candles. I found the perfect lantern but as a Fire firefighter did not want to get real candles for obvious reasons. I ordered the Lantern and these LED candles and she loved them when she received them on x-mas eve. The day after x-mas the large one stopped working but the rest worked fine. My thoughts where for the cheep value of the lights and the new batteries compared to real burning candles there was plenty of enjoyment and talk of the candles so if one whet out. so what. We enjoyed. So anyway, I decided to drop a message to the company but not really caring of the result. Hell it was 20 bucks! a real candle burns down faster and really do not smell. Guess what, this company made it all right and replaced. I did NOT expected this AT ALL. No charge no fees. the replacement just came one day to our door. Wanna talk about a good Company? I do not rate companies for amazon. you provide for what you say u will then you did what you said, You did as expected. But, I will on this company as the did what they said and stood behind PLUS ! Replaced when needed. We will Buy more From this Company !
