Easy to use with Aqueon pump
Very easy to use. I use them with an Aqueon pump in a large open container that I have guppies and taro plants in. With this setting, the filters clog quickly and are very difficult to clean. Aqueon recommends recycling used ones, but that's too expensive. Might work better in a smaller space without live plants, but that's not my choice. I wash them in water with Dawn dish soap. Sometimes I add Clorox to kill the algae that stick to the filters.
