Review on πŸ’§ Reshape Water 10-Cup Alkaline Water Pitcher – Affordable Replacement Filter, Enhanced PH, Chlorine & Heavy Metal Removal, Improved Taste. Large 3.5 Liters Capacity. by Laura Rodriguez

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Terrible design but very good water

The water the Reshape jug delivers deserves a 5 star rating but the very poorly constructed filtration system will understandably lower its rating further compared to others. The design itself deserves 1 star, so I rate the jug 3 stars overall. You get high quality water, but it takes more effort than most expect. Or indeed it should. All other things being equal, I wouldn't buy this jug again, nor any others (like the Brita Grand jug I have). The final reason I bought this Reshape jar and not the others was because I was able to get an amazing deal on Amazon stock by combining the jar and filters, making it practically one made a bargain. But I encountered the same problems as others. The filter screws in easily enough, but hangs too low in the jug itself. This stops the flow of water when you try to fill it. The solution I came up with is to remove the top cap, fill the detachable tank with water (with the filter attached) and stand the entire tank on top of the jug itself (it balances without falling off so you don't have to stand). there and keep an eye on it) so that the water flowing out of the filter never touches the water that collects at the bottom of the pitcher. And you do it twice. This means that filling the pot takes about 15 minutes. Yes, it's a painful process every time, but the water from the jug is GOOD. its quality. If they don't reshape the jug and filter I won't be buying another reshape, but until the stock I bought for it runs out it will do.
