Disappointing Amino Acid Supplement for Sports Nutrition

This product did nothing for me. I hoped to improve my workout recovery with this supplement but I didn`t see any results. On the PLUS side, the product arrived on time. On the negative side, it's expensive and did not meet my expectations. I do not recommend this product in the Health and Household category..
