I applied this lotion to a fresh temporary tattoo that was very shiny and after rubbing it in and letting it dry the shine was gone! This makes the temporary tattoo more realistic. Only a very small amount is needed and the solution is very similar to a creamy hand lotion. I haven't had a chance to test if the tattoo will last, but Godefroy claims it will. Please good bye!
