So far so good, it's been working continuously for 3 months. The musty, musty smell is gone and I can still see the moisture flowing through the hose leading out, so it's still working. We bought it for home use. We had a big problem at my mom's house and didn't like the reviews of the household products, so we chose this one. So far we are very satisfied. It's very heavy, you need two strong people to lift it when going up or down the levels. Also, I think it's pretty quiet for its size.
