Review on π Enhanced Safety: Reflective Collars Message Stickers Driveway by David Gibbs
The sticky glue hardens quickly.
I like the fluorescent look but don't like that it has to be glued on. I would prefer it to be round and just slide onto the cone. It is not easy to align or straighten the e/Glue shield. Finally get dressed, but maybe not straight.
