Consider the thigh if you have a thick thigh and wish it was an XL size.
Like everything about these high waisted shorts there is a strong elastic band at the waist which regulates the tummy as described. so in love. I'm 5 inches tall and 5,158 pounds and ordered a large. I have to say it's a bit tight on my hips, wish they would consider sizing things up a bit. Besides loving everything else about this short, he really has that high that makes the body stand out.
