Ruined A Ribeye: Kitchen Utensils & Gadgets
I liked the idea but the fork works easier and better this way. I first used it on a USDA Ribeye as it wasn't the best or best choice. Thought I'd use this tool and marinated steak it messed up the texture of the meat turning the ribeye into a swiss steak in texture a couple of forks and a marinade would have been much better I bought 2 for a gift, wish , I would have bought at all.
