Paid under $20 and works great for what I bought it for. I have a Polycom phone that doesn't support call waiting, which means I can't see who's trying to call my second line during a conference call. Attached AT&T 438 to Polycom, everything works fine. The AT&T device displays caller ID information for number and name, and has a handy button to toggle between two calls - another issue that has been resolved, as Polycom basically freezes when I try to switch lines. After all, numbers are saved both for calls that come in on the main line and for everything that shows up and is waiting for a call. Very good. A great example of old technology that is still relevant today.
