Rubber foot still sticky after a week of overheated poppy moved from table to lap multiple times a Day. I just used a rubber foot. Screws and drive are not needed yet. I wiped the area with alcohol and attached a rubber foot. Wrong actually because the tiny rubber protrusions (micro pins?) on the adhesive side didn't line up with the micro holes on the Mac in the circle where the foot is placed. Cursing the misaligned micro pins, I found that two of the three remaining unused rubber feet had micro pins that lined up with the holes for the left rear leg (the only one that needed replacing). I have a vague memory of the front legs having a slightly different "microbinding" orientation than the back legs, so maybe I just messed it up. Two of these were included with this purchase for my Mac A1465. A warning insert with the product on different legs is useful. But even with a "micro-pin" pushing a tiny section of the rubber foot away from the Mac's body, the foot seems to fit snugly. You have to look very carefully to find anything other than perfect alignment. €5.99 is a bit expensive for a set. I wasn't charged until the item shipped, so 3 weeks after purchase. Thanks seller.
