Arrived as ordered and fairly easy to install. I didn't jack up my truck, unbolted the old ZNX, they snapped. One important note: Do not take the wire holding the damper in a compressed state until you are ready to install. It is an absolute mistake to recompress the shock. I learned my lesson from the first shock. Install the top screw and slowly remove the wire, positioning it for the bottom screw. I used a pair of wire cutters to cut off the top end and pull the wire out. Be sure to tighten to factory specs. My Yruck used to drive very hard and now has a nice smooth ride, as smooth as a 3/4 ton truck. You can watch YouTube how to install it as there are no instructions.
