Poor quality. After a few months he just stopped toasting one side of the bread. It has flimsy design and cheap materials. I expected more from a toaster for just under 40€. But it has serious flaws and very few features. This purchase gives you the same buying conscience as me. So now I am eyeing new toasters and will be avoiding this brand entirely and sticking with some trusted brands that stand behind their products in good faith.
