Review on SharkBite Deburring Depth Copper U702A by James Nielsen

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Simple and effective really is better in this case

This tool serves a very simple purpose. First, it specifies the depth to which the Shark bite fitting must be inserted into the PEX in order to properly connect the PEX to the fitting. Once the PEX has been deburred by rotating the PEX in the appropriate size tube in the tool, it can be marked with a marker so you know how far to insert the Shark Bite fitting. Cut PEX square. , insert it into the deburring tool and rotate the pipe in both directions to knock off burrs on the PEX pipe. You can do this with other tools, but it's not as fast or efficient as this tool. I think in a way it's also a PEX diameter tool to help you use the right fittings, but it's pretty basic. Appropriate size fits PEX. You can also tell this by checking it a couple of times. as simple as possible. Shark bites already make the process incredibly easy, this tool only makes it better. Sometimes the right tool makes the process easier and faster, and this is one of those cases. It's easier to mark the depth with it than with a tape measure. And that will always be the same. Just make sure you cut the PEX SQUARE. The deburring tool will show you when it's not square.

Pros

Cons
