It worked, then it wasn't updated: got replacement cables and they work.!
Ordered these longer picks as the ones that came with were too short. Keyboard and mouse stopped working when using cables. It took a while, but the computer kept disconnecting the USB devices due to excessive power consumption. At first I thought that the KV switch is not properly powered. Checked and no problem. Then I replaced the twin cable I received and that fixed the problem. Then I checked the cable again and it didn't work. The cable is on the way and the replacement is on the way. I think it's luck. Update: Cables work at full 4K resolution and USB now works as it should. Very pleased with CKL's response to the field cables which took only a few days and were delivered via UPS express shipping. Thanks to Revain and CKL.Update2: 2nd cable received and KVM 100%. Thank you KKL
