Great service and customer support, would recommend to anyone looking for a hosting company.
The customer service, support team are always willing to help you out with any queries or problems that arise during your time using their services! I have never had an issue whilst working from them as they offer great value for money at very reasonable prices compared to other providers in this market place.
If i were looking into getting my own website built then it would be ideal if there was more variety of design options available when choosing templates/designs etc but overall good product all round. Great price point too (especially considering how easy its been so far).
Pros
- Easy access through admin panel via browser which makes uploading new content quick simple process.
- Template choices offered although limited choice is sometimes frustrating
- Very fast response times provided by staff members within hours even over weekends & Bank holidays
