Review and 2 tips for you

I really wanted this product to work with the suction cup and disc mount because it's reliable but my stupid Murano has nowhere to go so I used an air duct mount. .If you want to vent the route. Check it. You should definitely read the included instructions as the direction of the clamps is important - they seem pretty solid and won't break (as others have reported) unless you're playing soccer in your car and crash into them. Real innovation and I'm very happy with how it holds up my Samsung Galaxy S3. At $16, this is an incredible and reasonable purchase. Today I spent over $16 on a hamburger and am 100 times happier with that mountain than with that meal. Here are 2 tips for you. , but what happened when attaching it to the air vent is that the clips loosen a bit and lose some of their stability when you turn the device to the side. So here's what to do. Get 2 BLACK plastic zip ties (you know the ones where you thread one piece through the other and it locks in place and you have to cut it off when you want to open it). Flip one at a time. After attaching the vent, attach the fastener and trim off the excess plastic as close as possible. You won't even be able to see them. Then when you turn your phone sideways, the clips don't even think to move. Tip #2: If you're using a phone-to-car cable to play audio in your car, go to a radio store and get the cable with a 1/8 L-shaped end. There is a bracket, it looks better. Hope that helps. Great assembly set. RECEIVE NOW update info 9-29-12 Okay since then I've wanted my mount to be a little closer to me while riding than an AC vent can provide. I've been using the AC vent for 2 weeks now and it's perfect: nothing moves, perfect in every way, just a bit out of reach in my Murano so I wanted to use a DISC and a suction cup. The problem is that the one that comes with the suction cup is so big (80mm) that I don't have enough space on the dashboard. You should know that you can order a 70mm suction cup from Arkon for $5 that is exactly the same size as the suction cup. and although they say it won't work, it holds tight and is intended for people like me who don't have enough dashboard space. I still love the mount!
