These toilets have a known defect: the connection between the plastic base and the ceramic bowl breaks and starts to leak. And since it's not a fixable problem, the only solution is to replace the toilet. I looked around and most other places were much more expensive especially the local RV shops which were double the price. The soft close seat was also a very nice upgrade from the old toilet seat. An installation note, lowering it doesn't use a wax ring like your home toilet. They use a flexible gasket (some kind of rubber) so you have to work with that and then press it tight against the gasket with screws. The toilet will rock until you do so don't be alarmed if it doesn't feel stable until you tighten it. I also added some molybdenum grease to this seal and the cup seal (don't use petroleum based grease if you do this) to keep them lubricated and a good seal.
