Review on πŸ”‡ Jabra SP700 Speakerphone with Bluetooth Connectivity (Discontinued by Manufacturer) by Joseph Harkins

The hands-free kit works great with the iPhone, the FM transmitter is a bit weak

This device is quite easy to use and the quality is very good, I've even used it in a noisy camper van and got good results. a feature that streams audio to your car's radio instead of the built-in speaker. This works just as well as most FM modulators (like those available for MP3 players, for example). It's pretty reliable once you find the perfect frequency, but once you get out of your town you should find a frequency that works well for your goal. I only use the FM function when I'm in my hometown, and then use the built-in speaker for trips out of my city. If you can't find a nice, quiet spot on the FM selector, the static is really bad and the audio cuts out from time to time, forcing you to use the built-in speaker. I was very pleased to learn that the iPhone 3GS not only streams calls to the device via Bluetooth, but also sends all system audio to Jabra, including music, podcasts and news notifications. I leave my iPhone charged and hide it in the console and I can listen to music on the radio and answer incoming calls. Voice dialing works very well, even better than using the included wired headset. with my iPhone 3GS. The battery life is very good. I've been using it on a single charge for two weeks and it works just as well as it does on a full charge (in two weeks I've used it to make or receive about 30 short calls and used it to send hours of music to my iPhone radio). I'm a bit concerned that I might have battery life issues this winter, as the documentation that came with it says the battery might not hold a charge if stored below freezing. It charges via USB and comes with a USB car charger adapter (which also works with the iPhone cable) and a USB to mini-USB cable for Jabra charging.
