In today's world many things are less manufactured and the cost is either the same or more. Beyond this topic, I want to say that the Stay Fresh Sponges are good, but I need them a little bigger, they are too small. I bought these for the kitchen and bathrooms in our house to soak up some of the puddles of water my family leaves on vanities and kitchen countertops every day and so far they seem to be working for me. I'm only disappointed in the size because I live with two big dirty thugs. Oh one more thing the sponges were thin in the pack I thought to myself if I wet them they'll double in size no it doesn't stretch there they're half an inch thick wet or dry but who knows they can work well for others.
