Excellent Customer Service & Highly Professional
ITCG Solutions has been very helpful to me, both when it comes to selecting the right software for my needs as well as working with them after the project was complete. They are very responsive and have always gone above and beyond what I would expect from a vendor relationship. There is nothing I dislike about this company and everything that I like! We use ITCG Solutions for our payroll and human resources system. Their customer service team is fantastic, they're really easy to work with and respond quickly and professionally during any issues we've encountered.

- The responsiveness not only in terms of support but also their willingness to help out whenever there's an issue or question at hand; ease of contact (phone calls) etc., ability to resolve problems swiftly through various means such email/chat / call back options available
