The inner protective layer caused damage to the device when removed

was damaged I peeled off the protective layer on the inside of the touchscreen. When I got to the bottom half of the screen, parts of the touchpad came loose and the new touchscreen became unusable. He will no longer feel any touch. I will be contacting the seller in hopes of an exchange for this item. It doesn't seem to be as durable as the others I've replaced.

Professional Tools: A pack of professional tools to help the customer to replace the touch screen more easily. Please heat the edge of the crack on the screen with a hair dryer before taking it out, this will make it easier to remove the touch screen.
