Pros: Unbelievable price for an Intel I7 laptop with Windows 10 Pro. Looks very durable. looks new Everything seems to work. Makes a lot of sound. Unconfirmed: Supposedly you can still access Dell's awesome reinstall tools. or sign in with a Microsoft account Cons: Heavy (about 5 pounds) and thick Looks and feels like a tank No 5GHz WiFi (has 2.4GHz) No Bluetooth Sound quality suffers, at least at high volume (rattling/overload) The Dell ID sticker is difficult to read. Looks like it was partially removed during cleaning. Device manager shows the SSD as 128GB. I ran a lot of tests and finally verified that it is indeed 256GB. , it is great. When I received the goods, they were in perfect condition, there were no obvious defects. It was packaged in a universal box with a power supply and (I think) nothing else. It's a business computer that looks and feels like this. I didn't really rate the battery life or the graphics. It works, seems to last a long time, has some power (depending on CPU type and boot time) and should be usable for many years to come. Almost $300 is hard to beat.
