Was the best in my rating for 2 hours

I had this monitor for about 2 hours playing a game and watching videos on youtube when the monitor turned off for no reason never to turn on again. I've tried unplugging and plugging the monitor back in, full range of troubleshooting. The only helpful advice from Google was to try reinstalling drivers and other stuff, which is only useful when the monitor is on but not working. The seller accepted the return for a refund (although no replacement? Must be a popular item) but still. I was so excited it's a big disappointment. :/
