The little box of these test strips is a bit tricky to navigate with my adult fingers. Also, it's very good to have kombucha test strips designed for this purpose! I have used them before and I hope they will always be available! They are easy to use and very helpful in providing the correct pH for Kombucha.batch after a batch. We made our own teaspoon once, we only bought it once when we were traveling and didn't have a tea blend with us. Once you've made your own kombucha, you can make it however you like, milder or spicier. To do this, you MUST have those strips, as incorrect acidity can ruin the entire batch.
