Everything is fine, I liked the product, I bought it for a reason.

The taste is pronounced milky. Chew quickly and easily. There is no aftertaste. You can drink a small amount of water. Detailed composition on the label is described poorly. One serving (two tablets) contains only two grams of protein. Taking one and two is somehow pointless. It is necessary to increase the tablets to six or eight. Efficiency is difficult to assess, because I also drink protein. There are definitely no bad consequences. As an additive to food and the rest of the sports nutrition, it may well be used, only very expensive. As an independent product, it has a dubious status.
