I have accidentally cut myself washing this knife many times, but I still love using this Global Oriental chef's knife. it remained so even after intensive use in the last few weeks. I have a collection of iconic knives from various brands - some are more than five times the price - but at $70 I have a feeling you can't do better. It lies very comfortably in the hand and is also light as a feather - practical for long cuts.
