Started buzzing during warranty period, RMA refused with no explanation

It was fine for about a year then it started making buzzing noises. Not exactly what you would expect from a power supply advertised literally as "quiet". Noise occurs when plugged into any outlet, even if isolated from an audio device. Replaced with another PSU and the system went silent. Worst of all, the coil hum/whistle, whatever it is, comes from any analog audio, so you can hear it if you plug in headphones or try to record audio. The RMA CoolerMaster process is very confusing. , then they have their own regular website, then they have a "fanzone", not really sure what the difference is. I went to FanZone, downloaded the receipt and provided the reason for the request and the RMA was declined with no explanation, no email, no response on the RMA page. I will not buy Coolermaster again.
