I really liked the look of the Howod pocket gauge. It's very well made, lasts a long time, and doesn't fall as easily as its competitors whose products are made out of plastic, but the Howod mount does have a small issue with pilot hole and drilling tolerances. Drills get stuck in guides when first used. I had to drill at top speed (on my drill bit) on all the pilot holes for a few minutes to wear down the coatings on the pilot holes (a lot) and the included drill bits (a little), but it's not a big deal. after it's done. Something Howod needs to think about to improve his product. The price is way better than the half price competition and you just can't go wrong. Conclusion: I really liked the product in general, especially in terms of reliability and price.
