Change is a little painful, but not that bad. The color is great and the texture is similar to the original. Once I installed them, they work perfectly. I ended up ordering another blue pair for my other controller. Edit - I've changed my original review because they didn't even last me 2 months before the rubber coating wore down to the underlying plastic. I wouldn't mind if they included a few other pairs to trade with, but they don't.
