Overall a good protein for any lifter looking to bulk up. It's the only one that's low in carbs, so you'll need scoops to ingest the carbs for building. The taste is decent, the chocolate was much tastier. It was a bit weaker with peanut butter, I haven't tried vanilla. Let's finish if you are a beginner in strength training and you are sure that the protein is right for you. Please note if you are trying to lose weight I would take Isotope Whey Protein, this protein is for those trying to gain mass. You need to increase the amount of carbohydrates in order to gain mass better. I made the switch and am currently still using MRE Redcon1 Protein which is a 9/10 for me, the best protein is healthy eating!
