Not much room best in my review

I bought this thinking a could travel with all my diabetic stuff in one place. After all the photos show it crammed with stuff. NOT SO! Barely room for a pen and a few small items. I need to travel with two pens, a glucometer, test strips, needles, and lancets. They is not enough room for all of this. Is a waste of money if you want to carry all your stuff. The cooling bags seem to work well for a few hours.

it is a bit larger than i expected but it fits into my medicine bag

May not fit all sizes of insulin pens or vials
