I was very happy to finally get a small set of screwdrivers and Phillips screwdrivers for battery changes and other small repairs. Screwdrivers are designed to hold the end cap and rotate the shaft. This worked great until the head of the screwdriver (which needs to be attached to the spinning shaft so they spin together for it to work) came loose. So turning the screwdriver held the screwdriver head in the screw while the shank turned and did absolutely nothing. Only happened to one screwdriver but it was the most used/necessary one only used a couple of times. Bad build and relaunch policy. I don't know who to contact for a warranty replacement. waste of money.
