Review on 🔌 White RAM EJ-3520-WBX Electric Trailer Jack with Drop Leg - 3,500 lb. Capacity by Evan Burnside

I have had this jack for 5 months now and have used it 5 times on my caravan. My trailer tongue weighs 1,100 pounds fully loaded, which is well within the weight rating of this jack. I cleaned my caravan yesterday after returning home from a hike. I started lowering the jack and the silver part of the jack completely detached from the body of the jack. It fell completely out of bed, I can't imagine the damage that would do if it happened to the weight of the trailer on the jack itself. Best of all, even if there is a so-called warranty, you will pay to send this jack back to their warranty department. Would you trust to have this thing in your 20,000, 30,000, 40,000+ trailer? I think I'll just eat the price and pay double the price for something that won't fall apart after 5 uses and leave my pendant somewhere in the mountains. Please be careful before purchasing this device.
