Bought this to replace a cheap Boss head unit. This device seems to be better made than the boss. It was fairly easy to install. The only thing I would give him credit for is that the documentation itself isn't very helpful and the Bluetooth pairing took a few tries before I figured out what it was asking for. The sound quality is good. It is getting loud. There is distortion around maximum volume, so I keep it about 10% below maximum volume to avoid that. It also comes with a standalone microphone that plugs into the back of the device. You can run this up your "A" leg and place it where it works best. I chose the fairing near the visor. My wife says the sound quality is clear and loud so no complaints. For the price, I don't think it could be better. I blew through 4 (count them) 4 cheap boss head units before buying these. They lasted about 8 months and then burned out. Hope this one lasts longer. (Fingers crossed)
