Review on 💻 Linux and MacBook Compatible External Optical Windows Desktop by Michael Ringgold

Product received and attempted to use. Windows 10 sees the drive but when I insert the drive it just spins and spins and eventually Windows stops seeing the drive. I've tried several times with different disk types. In the package was a catalog card to contact them in case of problems. I tried to contact them by email according to the information on the card, but after 3 days I didn't get any response from them, so I decided to return the product and tell everyone else. UPDATE: The company has finally come forward. to me and prompted me to purchase a second unit as they thought the first unit was defective in transit. I got the second blockage yesterday and it's worse than the first. The second block isn't recognized at all by Windows 10, so I didn't even try to recognize the drive. If you are considering this player, please think again because it doesn't work.
