I like how easy it was for me as well as my employees to use this system! Being able to input appointments online made our jobs so much easier. We were also very pleased that we could print out reports from anywhere using their app or website at anytime without having to be somewhere near the computer physically. Nothing really - they had everything you need but maybe more options would have been nice? You are limited about what software programs will work together which sucks because there are some good ones not being used here (such as iDoc). Easy way of entering patients information/appointments remotely. I like that it's integrated within our medical records system (EHR). It makes my job easier since everything gets pulled up together at once instead of having several different sources pulling information from multiple places when looking things over or making notes during treatment sessions! The software itself could be more user friendly but overall this has been helpful as we get started using online therapies/counselors so far no issues have come about through use yet!!
