Great for making connections with clients and staff

I love that it has so many different ways of communicating between my schedule/records as well as having access from anywhere via smartphone or computer! It's not perfect but we have been able to make some changes within our clinic over time which helps us streamline tasks like record keeping etc - We are also using this software during sessions too instead of writing down notes after each visit (which was very inefficient). As mentioned above there were problems early when first launched…

  • It's easy, very user friendly, and very efficient
Cons
  • There is a learning curve for most staff and new patients sometimes get confused to sign in and out using the app or website which is very frustrating at times!!

My experience and thoughts with Online Therapy

I like how easy it was for me as well as my employees to use this system! Being able to input appointments online made our jobs so much easier. We were also very pleased that we could print out reports from anywhere using their app or website at anytime without having to be somewhere near the computer physically. Nothing really - they had everything you need but maybe more options would have been nice? You are limited about what software programs will work together which sucks because there are

Love getting data into EMR in realtime, no matter what platform

I love that it's easy enough so anyone could use this without being overwhelmed or having questions about how things work (or don't). It also has great integrations which makes life easier when you're trying do more than one thing at once! The price point isn't very competitive compared other products out there - though we have seen significant savings since implementing our own version of clinician portals/EMR system over using another product from outside vendor like Practice Fusion etc…

  • Great customer service is always available if something doesn’t go right after implementation either way..they will help make sure problems get resolved quickly before any further delays occur while working towards resolution.

Easy to use and reliable- especially for remote locations

I like that it's easy enough so we don't need any software developers or IT support staff - just us! The interface could be easier/more intuitive but once you get used them they are very good about letting me know what isn' working (which helps when training new users). It also has great functionality such as allowing providers access via their own computer instead of logging onto ours remotely which makes things much more convenient since there aren;t always internet connections available…
