Review on Magnefine Magnetic Inline Transmission Steering by Pushkraj Barton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good replacement for Honda transmission inline filter or other car add ons

I plan to cut it 10,000 miles later to check how much crap it holds and put it through the same filter substitute. I've had a bad stator clutch in the torque converter resulting in a low stall speed fouling/burning the fluid so I'm expecting 10k miles on it and then should be good for 50k, after that it seems so much better than a Honda filter and it has a magnet for each metal to protect the paper filter from getting clogged or damaged by metal debris. I think I'll put one on the power steering to avoid problems with it. I wasn't sure about the flow direction either, so I just ran it for 2 seconds with the line off to check the flow direction. I had to clamp it to the subframe on my Honda, I didn't have a mount yna, I bought it that way, I was thinking of zip ties, but the vibration can damage the opening in the filter, so the 4" yoke worked fine. It fits perfectly on the Honda bracket, e.g. B. Magnefine made it to fit the Honda mount so it's good. Also, I used hose clamps for fuel injection. They are gentle on rubber and compress
