Even with the drivers installed on Windows 7, this delays the loading of the USB3 ports on my motherboard until sufficient time after Windows 7 boots has passed. A big problem. The big problem is that in many cases you cannot connect USB devices because the metal between the PCI brackets prevents this. I probably should have taken a closer look at that, but still. It looks like it will only be suitable for test benches or some cases. But I have a fairly common case, Corsair 450D, and it's not good.
