This only seems to work for test benches

Even with the drivers installed on Windows 7, this delays the loading of the USB3 ports on my motherboard until sufficient time after Windows 7 boots has passed. A big problem. The big problem is that in many cases you cannot connect USB devices because the metal between the PCI brackets prevents this. I probably should have taken a closer look at that, but still. It looks like it will only be suitable for test benches or some cases. But I have a fairly common case, Corsair 450D, and it's notโ€ฆ

Because you insist. . .

Since you insist that I reply to your annoying emails every day or two, I think I should do that to get them to stop. I have not yet installed the Sedna - PCIE 7 Port USB 3.0 Adapter Card (7 External Ports) with Molex Power Connector as it arrived last week. This is my second purchase of this type. Unique solution for multiple external USB 3.0 ports; So far, so good!

This card is well made and easy to install with the factory software. I'm currently using six ports with no hardware detection issues. This is very different from my previous 4-port VIA adapter card which intermittently failed to see my external drives after 3 years of light use. Let's hope this 7-port device continues to work flawlessly. Speeds are as expected given the limitations of my 4 year old Windows 7 motherboard, but certainly a massive improvement over USB 2.0. One important point toโ€ฆ

I installed Windows 10 Creators Update and my previous 7 port.

available I installed Windows 10 Creators Update and my previous 7-port USB hub has stopped working. I bought this hub, searched online for drivers and found that Windows 8 and 8.1 do not require drivers. So I assumed that no drivers are needed for Windows 10. Keep in mind that this card requires a power connector from the motherboard, which I found to be a very positive feature component. I turned off my computer, installed this card and restarted my computer. I found the USB stick in Deviceโ€ฆ
