Review on 🔥 Premium Silver Lagostina Rectangular Roaster, 16-inch – Top-Quality Roasting Pan for Ultimate Cooking Experience by Willie Midkiff

This pan is only slightly smaller than the cuisinart I was looking for, but it had so many conflicting reviews I couldn't bring myself to buy it. We've used this pan a lot in the last month or so, we've got it! I spray it with vegetable oil (no silicone) before each use. I've cooked chicken enchiladas, hash browns, lasagna, turkey breast, chicken and Cornish chicken in it. I really like that I can fry in it and cook at higher temperatures than in my Pyrex. The handles are far enough away from the pan for the foil to rest on the surface of the pan. The handles stand straight up, which is an advantage with smaller ovens. I also like that the pan is lightweight so I can store it on the top cabinet and it's easy to put down and put away. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's lightweight! It's strong enough! I was expecting the pan to have 3 layers because the model is advertised as such on the Lagostina website! It's not a triple layer, but I'm happy with it. Clean up was a breeze. I either hand wash or put them on the top rack in the dishwasher.
