This is an excellent quality fire pit. The stainless steel grid is very easy to clean and fits perfectly in my dishwasher. We've cooked turkey, prime ribs, ham, and tenderloin in it, and everything was evenly cooked, just how we wanted it.

This is an excellent product. It's well made, well designed and serves its purpose well. The design is perfect. From the size and depth to the handles on the sides and the extra handles on the wire shelf. The price is very reasonable given the quality. I don't think you can find a better pan, and certainly not at this price point.

I have a complete Lagostina cookware set. Last Thanksgiving I was looking for a skillet to cook my turkey. After looking at several brands and checking their sizes and styles. I decided to stop in Lagostin. I was not disappointed. i am not a chef I don't play it on TV either. But my ever-growing Lagostina collection allows me to be ever more adventurous with my dishes.

Good frying pan and seems pretty solid for the price. However, I had hoped for a flat bottom. It has a bottom that is obviously contoured to allow any grease or drips to drain down the sides. I was hoping to use it for baklava and the description and photos didn't show the bottom. An apartment would be better for me there. Also, the handles stick out too high and I can't put it in the oven without moving one of the shelves to the next level. This leaves less space when trying to cook another…

This pan is only slightly smaller than the cuisinart I was looking for, but it had so many conflicting reviews I couldn't bring myself to buy it. We've used this pan a lot in the last month or so, we've got it! I spray it with vegetable oil (no silicone) before each use.
